Can I have a career with Florsheim?
Absolutely. We take succession planning seriously & identify those team members who want to get on and help them grow & develop and get ready for that promotion. We always prefer to recruit internally.
What kind of hours will I do?
It depends on the role you are applying for, however we do require you to have a flexible approach to your working hours which will often include late nights and weekends.
If I see more than one job, do I have to apply more than once?
No you don’t need to - we will consider your application for all the suitable roles we have.
What format will the interview be?
You will be contacted by a member of our HR team & invited to attend either a group or one-on-one interview which will last up to an hour.
When would I find out if my application is successful?
First you will receive an email confirmation that your application has been received. Then you may be contacted to attend an interview by a member of our HR team. If successful, you will be contacted as soon as possible - allow a 7 day timeframe. If you are unsuccessful after your interview, you will receive correspondence from us.
